Who do you hire?

Experienced tutors, teachers, mentors or coaches with a passion for writing, humanities, study skills or social sciences.

What are the job requirements?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject
  • Experience in teaching min 2 years
  • Relevant criminal check, e.g. Australia - NSW (Working with children's check), Blue card (Queensland), UK DBS check
  • In Australia, ABN required
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to high quality teaching and always putting the best interests of the student first.

What is the commission?

  • For the first 100 hours taught - 30%
  • For 101-200 hours taught - 25%
  • For 201+ hours - 20%
